Factory acceptance tests (FAT) are a very important step to demonstrate the quality, efficiency, compliance and performance of the equipment. They ensure that all previous prerequisites for the next qualification steps are completed.

Our SR series rotary rinsing machines are for cleaning containers before filling operations. This project was developed for a existing customer who has already purchased several machines from us before. The client requested one single machine caple of working up to 10 formats from 180ml to 3L at the speed of 150 bottles per minute.

Our customer had one non-negotiable request: One capping machine able to work two different caps. This project for alcohol drinks required the application of T-Shaped and Guala caps at the speed of 6000 bottles per hour. We tailored our client's request by desinged and manuctaring a proven machine with two caps feeder on the top of the turret allowing the machine to work both caps with less cap's change parts to save time.
