When designing our TM Series EVO single-head capper, we didn’t take the easiest or cheapest route.
We chose the most intelligent, advanced, and functional solution, combining a servo-controlled capping head, a servo-driven bottle transfer starwheel, and a servo-assisted pick & place cap transfer system to address modern capping challenges efficiently.

Capable of handling speeds up to 40 bpm, this compact machine delivers flexibility and precision, ideal for dynamic and multi-format production lines.

The Servo Heart: Total Control Over the Closing Process

The servo-controlled capping head is the core of the machine. This technology allows for:

Precise control of rotation speed
Accurate torque setting for closure
Programming an exact number of rotations or degrees
Positive grip to avoid slippage and misalignment

And thanks to the integration of load cells, the EVO system also provides:

The bottle transfer starwheel is also servo-driven, enabling:
