Challenge: An existing customer in the food industry, who had previously purchased several machines from us, approached us with a new request. They needed a single rotary rinsing machine capable of cleaning containers in a wide range of formats, from 180 ml to 3 liters, at a speed of 150 bottles per minute. The challenge was to provide a solution that could handle up to 10 different container sizes efficiently within one machine.

Solution: We designed and manufactured a custom rotary rinsing machine from our SR series, specifically tailored to the client’s diverse format needs. This machine offers seamless format flexibility, allowing it to handle 10 different container sizes ranging from 180 ml to 3 liters. With its efficient design, the machine ensures a fast and thorough cleaning process before filling operations, meeting the client’s high-speed requirement of 150 bottles per minute without compromising on performance or quality.
