Project Overview

Our engineering team designed a comprehensive packaging line consisting of a rinser, linear filler, and capper. This system was tailored to manage plastic bottles with press-on and screw caps, handling various bottle sizes while maintaining a production speed of 50 bottles per minute (bpm) based on 210ml bottles.

1. Rinser (SR 12 UF ST DT)

This rinser was engineered for optimal bottle treatment:

  • Equipped with 12 grippers, it can handle up to 3,000 bottles per hour.
  • Built from durable AISI 316 stainless steel for high hygiene environments, ensuring maximum resistance to corrosion and easy cleaning.
  • Features an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for complete control of the system, allowing operators to manage settings and monitor the entire process from one central location.
  • Includes advanced safety mechanisms, such as automatic stopping when bottles are missing or blocked, ensuring smooth and safe operation.

2. Linear Filler (LF 4 MAS EVO DN)

Our linear filler ensures accurate and hygienic product filling with:

  • Four filling valves that utilise Endress & Hauser flow meters for exceptional accuracy.
  • A fully hygienic, easy-to-clean design, ideal for maintaining food safety standards.
  • Quick format changeover features, allowing smooth transitions between different bottle sizes.
  • Tool-free format changes completed in just 5 minutes.
  • A product circuit designed to handle both liquid and semi-liquid products with low and high viscosity.

3. Rotary Capper (TR 3 PF/PS PK PP DOUBLE SORTER)

One of the standout features of this project is our advanced rotary capping machine, which offers:

  • Dual Sorter and Dual Capping Turret System: This innovative setup allows the machine to handle both the inner cap and over cap in a single operation, significantly improving efficiency.
    • Two Sorters manage both the inner and over caps simultaneously.
    • Two Capping Turrets ensure the inner cap is applied first, followed by the over cap for a perfect seal.
    • Pick-and-Place Precision: Caps are distributed with exacting accuracy to the capping heads, ensuring consistency in every bottle.
    • Magnetic Capping Heads ensure precise torque application, guaranteeing secure seals for both inner and outer caps.

This dual-capping system is ideal for products that require secure, multi-layered sealing, ensuring both safety and quality.

  • Bottle Sizes: 210ml, 500ml, and 1000ml bottles can be processed seamlessly.
