For this project, the customer chose to start with an initial automation step by installing the capping machine without an automatic cap sorter.
In the current configuration, closures are loaded manually via an air conveyor channel for triggers, pumps and caps.

This approach allows the customer to spread the investment over time: they can immediately rely on a high-quality capping process, while keeping open the option of adding a fully automatic sorting unit at a later stage to complete the line automation.

When production volumes increase, the system can be upgraded easily, without any modification to the main machine.

The modular design significantly reduces changeover times. Dedicated parts can be replaced quickly and safely, without requiring complex technical intervention.
