The client requested a monoblock filler and capper solution to fill facial serum & skin care products in plastic bottles with plastic screw dosing pumps. The customer requested a speed of 35 bpm for a volume of 100 ml.

The project also comprised a rotary capper that was utilized to close pumps and apply the plastic pressure overcap in semi-automatic mode.

The over cap is applied through a specialized capping chute that has been specifically designed for the rotary capper.
